Not as advertised.
I am very disappointed in the feed tube. It advertises extra-wide feed tube and the smaller feed tube with pusher. There is no way to utilize the extra-wide feed tube since the lid must be securely fastened in order to make the machine work. That only leaves the small feed tube option. Everything must be cut into 2" diameter in order to feed it into the processor. It needs a separate lid with wide feed-tube opening and pusher. Our new food processor came in what we were told in advance was a damaged box. Found slight damage inside but we got what we wanted and was certainly worth the price paid - we have zero complaints. Thank you for making this available to us. Cuisinart's DLC series have the extra long motor warranty. When we need another food processor for any reason I'm highly inclined to look at these Cuinart DLC's first. We were having some difficulty cleanng our old Cuisinart and someone 'helped' by boiling the work bowl which destroyed it.
