this works really well
I was not sure when I saw it if this would work. The product is about a foot tall and about a foot around I guess. Very easy to install. Fill it about half with water . The box is not clear how much to put in the canister and yes the directions are printed on side of box and does not have a separate instruction sheet in the box.. Tried it out and it worked really well. All I had to do was remove the lint from the canister and of course it is soggy. The silver vent that goes from the dryer to the product says it is five foot long, but I do not think it is really that long. I did not measure it but mine was not that long. Now this has taken that problem down to a normal running time on the dryer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works great with a little DIY with the connection

Replacement Dryer Vent Kit
We bought this to replace our 5 year old model as the original one had clips that kept on breaking so it wouldn't stay together. This one seems to be better built and we hope to get another 5 years out of this new one. Works great and we avoid having lint back up in the wall and avoid a possible fire. This allows me to run my apartment sized dryer without the need for a window vent.
