Taste was good but read on
The benefits of this tea was flavor especially mixed with milk. It relaxed me more than chamomile and valerian but numerous trips to bathroom was not worth it. I don't know if it's the other ingredients or the actual kava. I would take it again not so close to bed maybe a few hours before instead of what people recommend the hour before.
