First imprecations about the WG-M1 it's a cool camera, mainly because it was featured in the new Lost In space Netflix episode 10.
What I don't like. Camera has a problem recognizing the micro SD card. I tried 5 micro SD cards two of witch where identical, " Samsung Evo Plus" one of them works fine the other does not but works fine on my other devices.
Camera seems to only be able to format internal memory but not the sd card. It appears the only use for it is to copy files from internal memory to sd card. Not very help full as it should be able to write directly into the card.
On a evo 128gb plus card I get 17min of HD video recording not a lot of time bummer, on the camera side I get 8792 still images available more than enough photos for any adventure. After sing it for a couple of days not really impressed by it. Hopefully I can find an updated firmware that can fix the SD card recognition issue. Wished I tried the newer WG-m2 instead. Not sure it that one is any better. For me is an expensive movie prop and doubt I would get much use out off it as there's much better options out there.
Unfortunately I have used a few underwater cameras but this is was the worse i have used it in Maladies and Hawaii without any reasons the camera started leaking water to the battery and the SD card ,its now a memory
