Super powerful battery
This battery came in before the estimated arrival date three days early. There was always a concern if the battery would stay charged throughout my personal mowing tasks. Never again. Wasted $105
First of all it’s 2.0 Amps instead of 2.5 which is the norm. Second, it takes forever to charge. Even on my new charger. My best guess is that is refurbished. Also , unlike my previous 2 batteries, when it runs out of ‘juice’ it totally dies with no warning. Both previous batteries would slowly indicate you were about to be out of juice. Blower just stops and that’s it. It doesn’t run near as long as my previous batteries time wise. So. Needless to say I made a very poor choice. It would have been better to pay a little more for what I know is a longer lasting and stronger battery.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I have a leaf blower from Lowe's that I use this battery for. It is excellent. I have the battery that came with it but need two because of the amount of leaves we have. New kobalt 80v battery
I highly recommend this product , after having four back surgeries a gas powered weed trimmer was no longer for me. I bought a new kobalt 80 volt max weed trimmer and absolutely love it the battery last 45 minutes on the low setting and still has plenty of power . I'd buy it again.
The Kobalt 80v Weed Whacker is a workhorse. I cleared about 1/2 acres of wild grass from a rock filled hillside adjacent to my house. I would have given 5 stars if this machine was a little lighter and better balanced. I'm not a large man, and, for a 79 year old, this was a lot of work and left me feeling many muscles that I didn't know I had. The batteries last for about 30 minutes of continuous work, and they recharge in about 30 minutes. The line is very easy to install, and the bump feed works well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
