The Rockford Fosgate Punch P3D212 is designed to offer hard-pumping, low bass sound in cars and other vehicles. This 12-inch car subwoofer works especially well in multiple subwoofer configurations. The dual voice coil design offers many different wiring options to make the most out of the amplifier. Additionally, this Rockford Fosgate car subwoofer increases the air speed across the components to maximize cooling. The coil of the Rockford Fosgate Punch P3D212 is designed to quickly shed heat and perform on high level and optimum power. It is a 1-way speaker with a tall profile to maximize linear travel without the need for reducing piston size. It also offers clear base, with a woofer material of Kevlar and surrounding material of urethane. Furthermore, the top mounting depth of this Rockford Fosgate car subwoofer is 6.75-inches and the bottom mounting depth is 7.13-inches. It delivers a power range of 300- to 600-watt RMS with peak power handling of 1200 watts. The poly cotton dual liner spider of this 12-inch car subwoofer is resistant to tears and fatigue.
