People complained about unwrapping it we didn't have a hard time and my hubby said it was easy to put together. It does have wheels which make is easy to move around. Feel it is overpriced compared to other products of better quality and equal price caused by demand. No wheels to simplify moving. I was quite impressed with the heater. It was easy to assemble, took about an hour or so and had very clear instructions. Very nice looking. This is the patio heater we needed to extend outdoor family time

The directions were clear and concise, and if you know how to use a screwdriver/wrench you are going to have no problems here. My young children helped me put it together in around 45 minutes, and we used it the very same evening. After reading many reviews , I was dreading the assembly of this patio heater. i have to say that this was a piece of cake! This item was nicely packaged, and all nuts, bolts, and washers were clearly marked. The protective coating on the stainless steel peeled of easily. the directions said that it would take 1 hour to assemble, and that is almost exactly what it took.
