Cleaning problem.
It was extremely difficult to scrub off fat splatters from the front and rear reflector plates after the first usage. The heat was not great but it took oven cleaning fluid and Ajax to get the mild burning off. Maybe it will be easier next time. Very bad quality control, cheap quality product.
When I received my Upright Grill, one side at the front had been squashed in at some stage, and someone had put the top on the drip tray, back to front. We couldn't get it off without forcing it. There doesn't seem to be any quality control, and very cheap quality materials. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, as we had to send it back for replacement, and are waiting for another one which we have been told will be another 2-4 wks. We did turn it on to see if it worked and it seems like it may work very well, because there is a lot of heat there.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fast and efficient cooker
