If you have an MSATA or M.2 socket and don't plan to put a Wireless WAN module there, investing $12 in one of these SSD modules will save most users the cost of an SSD drive and yield amazing results. OEM tests have shown five to eight times improvement in booting and launching programs over just a hard drive alone. This is my first choice in a performance enhancement after RAM. Its less expensive than an SDXC Flash and leaves the media slot open for use. Lenovo licenses ExpressCache for its systems with this SSD installed.
