    Great features for a battery operated set.

    My Nephew received the set, they are waiting for Christmas to set it up, do not have any feedback on quality because i have not personally recevied it. I read some good reviews, and saw some video's, and it appears to be a quality product from what i see and hear.

    Great train but I bought one too small for our track

    I bought the wrong size train. Ours had broken and I was trying to replace it. Ours is about 4x bigger and runs under the Christmas tree. This one is small and it’s nice but it’s not what I wanted. Totally my fault for not checking properly before I bought it but currently trying to resell it on eBay to get my money back as it was not returnable. So it’s a great train set for someone looking for a small train set maybe to go with an existing track but I should have checked the size before o bought it.

    Something that will bring joy every year

WILL RUN WELL ON 30 INCH OR LARGER DIAMETER CURVES BUT NOT ON 27 INCH DIAMETER TRACK. SOUND IS JUST RIGHT, NOT TOO LOUD OR TOO SOFT AND CAN BE TURNED OFF.     While it looked great on the outside, the train didn’t function at all once I tried turning it on. I thought the batteries were missing, so I opened it up only to find very loose gears being held in place by some kind of grease or goo. Upon further inspection it looked like nothing else worked either, so I got a good track, cars for the train, and an engine that doesn’t even work. Since I cannot return this product, I guess it’ll have to remain a still decoration. Was worried this would happen.

    Kind of a hassle

    It looks really cool and the sounds/ phrases are great but the train does not stay on the track it constantly veers off and the cars don't stay connected to each other. I tried to super glue them but they just wont stay. My son spends more time trying to connect the cars and keep the train on the track than he does actually enjoying the toy.
