New vs Old
My wife has had her share of mixers, and KitchenAid is not new to her kitchen! She wanted to give a daughter-in-law her last KitchenAid mixer so I bought her this one. She is very pleased with the new mixer and our daughter-in-law couldn't be happier with the old one!

Powerful enough for every kind of baking
I love this machine for mixing desserts, and also because of the many attachments that can be used with it. I have the shredding/dicing attachment and use it to add vegetables to soup. This machine will last a lifetime so it is well worth the price.

great mixer, hope it lasts as long as the previous one did.
First kitchen aid mixer died after 11 years so it was time for an upgrade. So far I'm loving it outside it being to tall to slide under my upper cabinets.

Very happy w/my purchase, the only thing is that the box was in really bad shape due to a long way to get here to California, so i found not enough cushion inside the box to protect this heavy item.. But the mixer is working fine after all. So exited !

NOISY BUT NICE
Quite noisy, but it is more powerful than the heavy duty model that it replaced. I just hope the added noise is not a sign of future problems.
