I just love this product, i stared using it a month ago and i can see and feel the differnce in how i look and feel. Do your own research but this stuff is working for me I can not speak for anyone else but for me these pills are wonderful. I have noticed things are changing about me since I started taking these pills. I am more alert during the day, I am getting things done and I am not dragging to do it. It took less than 2 weeks for this product to produce results. I do not currently eat healthy so taking any product to help with having a bowel movement is very important in my opinion.
