I live alone and putting this on by myself is difficult. I suspect that's true of all upper arm bp monitors. I think I'm going to buy a wrist one. its easy to use ,,,,,,But I always get a high reading.. I have been using other units plus the visits to the doctors..my numbers are always lower then the reading I receive from this unit ! ...
