Great product that is easy to use
The product is really easy to use and I didn't think it had a strong odor at all. I used the spray protectant indoors and there was no problem. I applied per the directions and waited twenty four hours and then lightly brushed the suede in one direction. I tried dripping some water on the boots and it simply beaded off. My wife was thrilled and now her new Uggs are protected.

Doesn't work.
I bought this for my daughters uggs. It doesn't clean, it doesn't refresh. I followed directions exactly as it states on the bottles. The shoes look the exact same as they did before I "cleaned" them. it also takes some of the color off the shoes. Her boots are pink and by the time I was done cleaning them my hands were bright pink. I wouldn't recommend the cleaner/ conditioner at all. The refresher that you spray into the shoes, seems like it is just water. It has no smell and doesn't do anything for the shoes.

Everyone needs this with uggs
This kit is a must have. Not sure if the newer version of uggs would need the protector but I use it once a season maybe more on my older versions. The brush comes in handy getting out a spot and who couldnt use a spritz in the foot bed if you dont qear socks like myself.

Year old uggs now look brand new 5starz worth every penny!
I had doughts in buying this, being as its a lil more pricey then I expected, but it saved my almost 2 yr old 300$ uggs, so it's definitely worth it! The outsides literally look brand new after putting a lil elbow grease in! My advice if u already have a pair of uggs buy this & try it before replacing them!!!

Misleading...bottles were half empty
I was a bit disappointed after receiving the product only to find that the protection spray (the whole reason I bought it) was half empty. I paid $30 for this kit and the only reason I needed it was for the protection spray for the new boots I purchased. Ugg is currently out of stock. Yes I can use the other products that are in the kit but I really needed it for the protection spray.

Ugg Cleaning Kit
Overall this kit was a 5 star product. It cleans the UGGs and makes them look new if you follow the instructions. The freshener is nice because it helps keep the odor out! However this product was listed as Brand New and the box was damaged. Should have been listed under like-new. I do not mind, but some buyers would be upset and rightfully so. That having been said if you need to clean your UGGs it is worth every penny.
