  • Good material poorly composed

This book has some good information about liquid, fire, smoke and explosions with some about magic effect. Focal Press edition was printed in some mate paper, with relative good quality, but composition about image and text is designed to be a e-book. Using same e-book for printed edition is really bad idea. Images are readable, but sometimes looks pixelated this is very awful for reader. The fonts (times new roman) with not justified text give to reader a bad prepared edition sensation, no love in making books. I don't recommend printed edition, better use a PDF or e-book instead. About content inside, I'd give it a 8.5; some Japanese books about same thematic are better organized, nevertheless, EM has still good information about animating effects!
