great aussie product
the pan is lightweight and the nice long handle doesn't get hot. seasoned the pan as per instructions and if you use a couple of drops of oil each cook it stays non stick and really easy to clean , great pan that will last forever . buy australian anytime for better quality.

A fantastic alternative to non-stick. Season right, avoid the throwaways!
After a lot of investigation on alternatives to the throwaway cycle, and almost buying a foreign made pan, I stumbled across this local Aussie designed and manufactured alternative. And it's a great alternative. Solid, good weight, heats up almost as fast as a thin blue steel pan but no buckling, and feels like a long term device. Seasoning info is readily available but if you really cook, you will know what you need and when this type of skillet/pan is the right alternative. Now, to turn over the other sizes (28 would be nice!).
