A good solid stretch routine daily.
The Method, Dance to Fitness. It's a very good stretch routine for working out. You need to have a stretch routine daily so that you don't pull any muscles and feel good. I also work out on a glider, so it stretches my muscles out, so that I don't hurt myself exercising.
