Like so many 'cutting' tablets, they won't make you lose weight unless you cut down on what you eat! No surprise there then. What they do seem to do is clear your system out and give you a lift. Energy levels are still good even with putting in high levels of aerobics (10 miles + walking an running) a day for 5 days a week. Ps keep your water intake up or you may have headaches etc

11 in the morning 11 at lunch time need I say more? That's way too much and started making me not want to take them at all. As for energy, I didn't notice any "lift" They did give me a slightly sick feeling and some minor indigestion. After week 1, gained 1.5kg. Still at that weight and haven't moved. So possibly counterproductive for me. But the tin is nice I guess. I know everybody is different but for me these did the opposite of the desired effect. I am taking vitamins etc too so put my tab intake up to 16 at breakfast and 11 at dinner. That is not nice at 6am!!!!
