I mean, it's a GTX 280 from 2008. You have to know what you're getting into when buying an old card like this. It's not going to run modern games well (if at all due lack of DX11/12 support). If you're fine with those limitations, it's a great card. It gives you a glimpse of what PC gaming looked like during that era. Nowadays, you can run Fallout 3 or Far Cry 2 on just about anything, but to watch them struggle on period-correct hardware is super fascinating to me. If you're the same way, this is the card for you!

Can't do a real review, as I received a package that was opened by the Postal Service, and taped back shut with a 1" piece of scotch tape. When I opened the package, I hooked up the card, and nothing, no post. Tried a GTX295, posted fine. Tried card again thinking it might have just been not socketed tightly. Same deal, no post. Removed card, and took it to get it tested. Spent $20 to get the card tested, and was told it's broken. Took front heatsink off card to find that a capacitor had been broken off on one side and just dangling. Major bummer, filed an insurance claim with USPS. Awaiting their reply.
The card works very well and handles any highend game. You do need 1-8 pin and a 6 pin connecter from your power supply or a 6-8 pin adapter. just fyi. It is very fast, but runs a little hot sometimes-I have huge fans in a gamers case of the great sort:) I would reccomend this card as an upgrade to most and a killer first card. A 5-series card is better, but this is a solid card.
This card was a bit pricey when I got it but it was worth it. Super fast and very good looking. The down sides are it requires good a PSU and good amount of room in your case. Now the new 5xxx series is out I suggest getting that card or the new 300 series when it arrives. If you own one of these the prices should drop or pick used up here for SLI. 4.5/5 stars!
Just as advertised, looks very nice

directX10 War Thunder work good on medium(cpu DualCore (:-(( ) but very hat card. cons 6x8 pin...PSU 500Wt plus good for upgrade old system if PSU in good condition
Love this card, runs games well at 1600x900, cheap. Can run minecraft, blur, call of duty 4, pretty much all dx9 games and most dx10 games at medium-high settings.
