I did find a flaw and some things that are missing. Looking to replace the cam cover gasket, I needed the torque specs and tightening sequence/pattern. Well, it doesn't have the sequence/pattern at all. It does have the torque specs in NM (Newton Meters). Researching online I found a conversion to inch pounds. Problem is that the specs were wrong and I wound up snapping the head off one of the screws. The paper manual has the same spec. I then found the CD ROM manual and found that the spec was about half what it is in both the paper versions. Apparently one copied the others incorrect spec. Luckily, new screws were available and the broken one was easy to remove. Other stuff in the manual seem fine. It has some stuff that are not even in the Jaguar official XJ40 burgundy cover paperback. I still think you need both and the CD ROM if you are going to do anything serious. Still, this Haynes version is definitely worth having.
