That's right Manic Panic hair bleach is more then amazing. Depending on how dark your hair is, & mine was really dark. It took only 30 minutes till I was a blonde my hair was all ready for a new color. This product works wonderfully & I would for sure recommend it to anyone if you want to be a blonde or simply bleach your hair to add another color Manic Panic blue lightening is truly the perfect bleach to use.
