You should be comfortable using hand tools as you will have some that need to be removed under the exhaust pipe. The part was and exact fit and the material looked to be a silicone product. Clean the slot in the oil pan and contact surface on the engine before you just press it in and put things back together. Not your usual "do it yourself" project as you will get frustrated if you are not a problem solver getting the bolts out. It can be done if you just stay after it and get 'er done.
