No colds since taking these tablets
Normally I get one or two colds per year and unfortunately they last about 6 weeks or more. Since taking this product (I take 1.5 tablets twice a day) I have not had a single cold and that covers the past 10 months. It also covers the period of September which for some reason is when I get my worst cold. Now I am smart enough to know there are other factors that could be the reason for my abundant health. I retired in July. I am no longer in a busy stressful employment. I am no longer in an air-conditioned office all day. I work in the garden in fresh air. I am no longer constantly travelling on busy crammed trains. I can sleep in or have a nap any day I want. But whatever the remedy is, maybe it is a combination of numerous factors. But when comparing the cost and pain of being sick with the cost of three tablets a day, I am prepared to keep taking these tablets. Great product, I take 1 a day and have gotten my whole family on it. Definitely have noticed a difference in the amount of times and severity of when I get sick. Just have to be careful, my friend was also taking this but ended up experiencing one of the side effects of loss of taste (google this, it happens to some people), but it has not happened to me or my family.
