Supports the back of your neck.
Most headgear have a little strip of fabric for the back of your neck causing your neck muscles to tighten up at night and cause headaches. This is the only headgear that truly supports the back of your neck. The straps are also wide enough that they won't slip out of the fittings in the middle of the night while you're trying to sleep. Could be designed better. Could use higher quality materials. Seems like it Is made to "wear out". Needs Velcro sewn onto sides so mask doesn't come apart after time. Currently, velco attaches itself to a very thin "low grade" top layer of material glued too a "low grade" neoprene material. It works but only for about 6 months then it all starts to come apart and you have to replace it!!!
