Having only a small workspace for my computer and sewing, I needed the best possible fit from a chair that could easily be used for both tasks; while providing good support for my troublesome back. This chair is a real winner, where many a chair has previously failed. The only thing I would change about it, is to not have the slight dip in cushioning height in the centre of the seat, but I overcome that quite easily with a piece of cushioned sheepskin. So, 9.5 out of 10 in my fussed opinion.

While the chair looks nice, it is practically unusable. Do not buy it if you intend to seat in it for more than 2 hours a day, it is not designed to support the back or make you feel comfortable. Additionally the mechanism is extremely squeaky and loud even after applying WD. Quality is not ideal, the buttons fall off all the time. Not easily reclined, even when adjusted to the weakest setting. Regretfully I will need to recover the money back.

Good Chair. Pros: Ergonomic, good price, looks good, head rest. Cons, the seat is just 42 cm wide, which is bit small for a normal body fit man. Quality is just average but cant complain for the price. Perfect buy if you have small body otherwise go for their other chair which has a bit bigger seat but no head rest.
