Arrived well packaged and in good condition. It was easy to unpack by myself and once the crate top and sides were unscrewed, was not too heavy to remove from the base of the crate by myself. No assembly was required. I opted to run Lightburn software and installe dthe supplied drivers. Connection was simple. Instructions are brief, but plenty online help as the machine is generic. Mirrors seem to be well aligned as power is as expected. But have not checked, because no need yet. I was able to make useful boxes the same day. Until the smoke filled the workshop! Cons: The extracto fan is grossly inadeqaute. I have ordered an upgraded exhaust fan and ducting to vent to outside. Wood cutting and engraving makes a lot of smoke. I expect that it would soil the mirrors quickly if not extracted well. When on the wheels, it is a bit low, would like say 100-200mm higher off the ground. Powering Off can allow the bed height to move/droop down, which means laser focus length needs to be re-adjusted. Easy enough with the power height buttons. Key switch is flimsy, mine came loose immediately. Air blast is weak. Burns are evident on top of sheets and burned edges seem excessive. Water cooling tank is a pain to fill, a flexible funnel may help. Mine has a dodgy diode pointer - the dot should be sharp and indicate the laser point of aim. Mine is a fuzzy oval. Ordered replacements on eBay for a few dollars. I looked online and ordered the upgrades recommended by most: Have ordered ammeter and air assist kit to use shop air. Water chiller does not seem required for my use so far. Read full review
