PH paper dipped in my local town water reads 10, dipped in my bore water reads 9 to 10. place either water into soil, before reading seems pointless as local water supplies are already altering number reading. Instructions should indicate mentioning measuring water is a strong indication of soil, if that being the case. also suggesting ideas to fix soil imbalance wouldn't go astray.
