I use this for home brew and I'm finding that it's an excellent piece of equipment to use. The instructions are clear and the controls are fairly simple to work out. I like how the temperature probe cable is ample length to reach the fermenter inside the fridge, and the electrical cords are long enough to make it easy to connect everything. The tab on the top of allows me to conveniently hang the controller on the outside of the fridge. In operation, it seems to be accurate works as expected; I especially like the delay feature that helps to protect the compressor. Highly recommended.

This product is very good and I recommend it. It is very sturdily made with a hard, but thick plastic case which looks very robust. The finish and component quality looks high. The controls are simple and logical. The features include everything you need. Reading has current temperature and target temperature. You can set a tolerance, and the default is +/- 2 Celsius. It also has a programmable delay before the cooling cycle kicks in to protect the compressor from frequent cycling which would damage it. The default is 1 minute. You can also calibrate the sensor and choose metric or imperial units. I will be looking for more @inkbird products.
