Very beneficial inclusion in my self care regime
I am a sole trader horticulturalist so taking care of my self is very important to me. I was looking for some extra methods to add to my recovery after work regime. I've been using only program 1 for the past two weeks and I have experienced a significant improvement of the toning of my skin, my mobility and posture. I have been alternating between the three feet positions and only doing the standing position. My leg muscles feel different and I get a sense they are switched on which encourages me to include other exercise activities which I would have previously been too tired to do. It's not too noisy and I am using it on a rug on a timber floor in an old dual occupancy. It is not too heavy and easy for me to move about and doesn't take up too much room to store. I highly recommend this product and am telling every body I know about it but get medical approval first and take it slow and easy so you get an understanding how your body is responding. Bang for your buck
I was wary about the low price on the everfit compared to other brands but I am not disappointed. It's early days but the the machine is really quiet, remote control works well. The effectiveness of the product to switch on all your leg muscles due to the vibration is as advertised for this type of product. I have been doing 2 to 3 15 minute sessions per day for a week now and the improvement in muscle tone is very obvious for me. One thing to be wary of though is that the shaking has induced a bit of kidney pain while using it. I have resolved this by wearing a weight lifter belt, otherwise I think this is an effective way to exercise with minimal physical movement.

Sit while exercising
Have had the Everfit for over a week now and use it twice a day for 15 mins on walk to try and build my muscles up, I am semi invalid and on home oxygen 24/7 and I sit while doing the exercise. I have now progressed to 5mins walk, 3mins jog, 2mins run and then 5mins walk and can now feel my muscles tightening. This has also improved my body circulation. So YES the Everfit works for me and I am very happy with the results so far. The only downside for me is that I have to turn off my oxygen while using the machine but as I am sitting this is not a big problem. I would recommend the Everfit for anyone having difficulty in doing normal exercise. I am amazed at how quiet it is.

Vibration platform
I really like this platform its great to use when l am feeling a bit lazy or tied which is on the 4 days l dont go to the hydropool for a workout. Its strong and quite plus the remote control is awesome. I am over 50 and have arthritis but l still find this easy to use and a great addition to my weekly workout program and weight loss. I think my sister might be getting one for her birthday :)
