Does what it says on the box.
I have been taking Ortis Fruit and Fibre for years A good way to ensure a regular motion without the pain and anguish that some laxatives cause. Just chew and swallow one cube in the evening to ensure a gentle natural motion the following morning without the tummy ache that usually goes with it.
