Advion gel review
We had a real bad German roach infestation in our house. Tried various products including getting a professional pest control done. We didn't notice any improvement. Then based on reviews in the internet I got a 30 gm tube of Advion as a trial. I have only used it for three times, each time I applied a small drop in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry where I used to see most roach movement s during the night time. The very next day morning I saw that most of the gel I applied was gone. And the next day onwards I saw dead roaches in the areas. I have only used the product for 3 days but already the population seems to have considerably dropped. Amazing product. Don't waste money on the supermarket products, they are worthless. Has improved our pest situation
This seems to be working so far. Has not eliminated 100% of cockroaches at this stage but I have seen a reduction. It is somewhat messy to use, doesn’t have a secure cap and didn’t come with any instructions. IT REALLY WORKS
i WAS SURPRISED ONE NIGHT WHEN I WALKED OUTSIDE AND MY RETAINING WALL WAS CRAWLING WITH ABOUT 30 COCKROACHES.I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. THOUGHT I WOULD TRY A CHEAP FIX BEFORE CALLING THE PEST CONTROL MAN. PURCHASED ADVION AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A SHOT ,NOT EXPECTING TOO MUCH. PUT SOME DABS OF PRODUCT AROUND AND SAW THAT THE COCKROACHES WERE EATING..NEXT NIGHT THERE WERE ABOUT 10 COCKROACHES ON THE WALL.NEXT NIGHT TWO.NEXT NIGHT NIL. Works really well
We bought this after we found our new apartment had a roach problem. We put up some blobs of it all around the kitchen, and yeah, it works really well. It takes a few days before you start to notice a difference, and a couple of weeks to really see a *big* difference, but it works better than anything else we've tried. Our last place had a massive roach issue, and we and the housemates tried all sorts of different products, but with very limited and temporary success. Even deep, detail cleaning and bug bombs would only relieve us for a week or 2 before it'd get worse again. And even after several bug bombs, traps, and deep cleanings, when we left there were roaches everywhere - including inside the dishwasher and trapped inside the oven timer screen. We now live in a building from the 1920s, in Sydney (which is roach central), so fully getting rid of all roaches in the kitchen is very hard to do. So 3 weeks after putting the stuff out, we do still see roaches here & there, but they are mostly dead or dying. You can tell they're dying cos they're *very* sluggish and slow, and really easy to just grab up and toss out. And we've gone from killing 11 just over making dinner on our 2nd night here, to seeing one sluggish one every few days, so I'd say it's a big win.
