Giant, heavy, pleasing looks with unsatisfactory power delivery and an extremely inefficient battery hog.
2WK UPDATE: GARBAGE OVERHEATS IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AFTER ABOUT A WEEK. FIrst impressions: Very heavy and large, feels solid, but already feeling pretty LOL about these pathetically undersized terminals. You would have to attach a lightning rod to it and drive through a thunderstorm and hope to be struck in order to get 6000W thru the power terminals, then proceed to be blessed with a mathematical miracle to get it back out of these speaker terminals lol,(120amps x 14.6 is 1752 watts at 100%) but were gonna work with what I got. Car used: 2014 Jeep GC w/ stock 160 amp alt, stock HU using Line out converters Install:12' of 00 stinger wire from alt to a second H7 AGM Bat, then 7' of 4ga to the amp, 3' of 4ga ground. After the amp, were running 2 power acoustik gothic series 12s (4DVC) wired at 2 ohms each, so 2 ohms for each channel (lowest impedance it calls for in 2 channel mode), 12 gauge amp to subs Were replaicng a SPL DK2-1000 2-ch amp with this Lanzar VCT-2610. Even know i said this lanzar was heavy, It had been a year or so since I installed this SPL amp, and when i took it out (half the size) noticed it was just as heavy, this one is just way more awkward. SPL amp has a 2 30 amp fuse setup, and creates no noticable load on the jeep whatsoever, even at idle, creating a respectable 103 DB. With that being said, this behemoth drains two h7's after about 15 seconds worth of pounds, while only creating 106.3 DB's with the same subs, which seem to digest the power supplied just fine. The adjustments for bass boost on this thing is almost nonexistent as well, the dial might as well be a switch ,with the actual adjustment variable being about 15 degrees of the entire (270?) rotation. Im gonna go with my jeeps mercy call and go back to my old amp. I picked this up for $60 so it was worth that to me, but I dont think its worth it to you at 150 or whatever lol. Im no stranger to name brands, and I am well aware of what real power is. The same subs and box reside in my 05 altima se-r, on a 2400w pioneer monoblock and utterly slam. The jeep is our family car, and has more DC power to give, so while I obviously wasnt expecting anywhere NEAR 6000w, I was hoping to be able to use the extra power provided by the jeep to get some more bump, it a sort of huge value way if you follow that... this is not the unit to do so. If you are buying any of these cheap brand huge watt amps expecting that power anyways youre doing it all wrong lol. If you are looking for a decent cheap ghetto blaster there are certainly better options to be had. In this (retail of 150 or less type) range, I'd suggest the BOSS AR4000/3000d over this one. 1 ohm stable, 3 40a fuses, MSRP ~130$, and got my 4000d for 70$!) unless you want your headlights looking like you are crusing by candlelight, then by all means order this bad boy, and a flux pavilion CD ASAP!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

this product is not good
