So, after a bit of a search and reading many reviews on several different projectors I settled on this one. It had the image quality I was looking for, It was triple LCD which, I decided would fit my needs better than DLP. It was Epson, which I have had good luck with in the past. And, as an added bonus, not that it was a requirement of mine, it had 3D capabilities. I have not used the 3D capabilities. I have used it to watch several movies and TV shows. The mirror screen works well enough. Not something I will use a lot as it is easier to stream to my Android TV box. However, I did play around with it a bit and it seemed to work ok. I have it hooked up to my PS4. The image is beautiful. It is bright and clear. I had one small issue but that was my fault and not the machines. That is, after 6 straight hours of continuous high action first person shooter gaming the little thing over heated. It went into safety shut down. I let it cool down for a bit and it fired right back up. It is good to know that the safety feature exists and works instead of the projector just overheating and either ruining the bulb or melting things that I don't want melted. Like I said, it was my fault as I had set it to econo mode which runs the fan at a lower RPM to conserve energy and the room I am in has limited ventilation. in conclusion it is an excellent projector and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good projector without spending $1000 or more for something.Read full review
