Surprisingly Helpful
To my surprise, this product worked really well. I think it very much depends on the structure of your nose, and the type of problem you have. It works on the principle of a circular structure holding the nasal passage open as far up your nose as is possible without surgery. Thus, with minimal structure, it does a great job holding it open in the right spot. Not perfect, but a vast improvement. Now that I am used to it, the discomfort of a full night is negligible. My Breathe Rights are now laying around not being used.
