Really like this car model very much
As I had A real car like this back in appox 1956 cost me $500.00 as I recall. Only game in town
This is for all intents and purposes a nice little inexpensive model, but it definitely comes off as being a bit cheesy and cheap looking in a top quality 1:43 collection. It's a bit of a shame since the first ever Crown Victoria was one of the most beautiful cars ever designed. Other Yat Ming/Road Signature models of mine manage to look pretty good next to the more costly models in my collection. I wish this one did too, but it's the only 1:43 '55 Crown Vic available at the moment, so I try to enjoy it for what it is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

If the color were an icky, muddy green I could swear it was a model of the first car our family owned. The only problem back then was ythree kids in the back seat meant for endless squabbles, and the wrap around window just didn't help. I bought this miniature to make a "Mini-Me" version of my real 1950 GMC. The red needed to be tan, and the truck came apart easily enough that the re-paint was relatively easy. I only had to tape off the black fenders.
