9 out of 10 because of no oil draining lift-leg fitted.
The best of the electric fry pans out there, as it has its element in a rounded 'W' formation which gives even temperatures all over the cooking area. Unlike the others, which persist with the 'U' shaped element which leaves dead spot in the middle, and at the far end. The one glaring omission is a lift-leg under the controller so that you can drain the oil down to the far end before serving, a major fail on the designers, who have obviously never cooked with it...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
