Nobo's Energy Control System leaves a lot to be desired.
I bought the hub, the controllers (NCU-T2) and the app so that I would have better control of my 3 x Oslo heaters and be able to set and forget them. Not so. The app is poorly designed and highly confusing. I had to rtfm to get my heaters setup. Instead of giving you finite control of temperatures, they have these 3 arbitrary 'modes' of 'Eco', 'Comfort' and 'Away'. You can't change the temperature of Away from 7 degrees. This means you can only set your heaters to have two different temperatures! 2 editable modes is not enough when you're wanting to use the system to save money and be tailored to your space. I have another heater with pre/post sleep settings that is years older than this system. It doesn't work with Google or Alexa either. At this stage, if you're looking to invest in something configurable I'd keep looking, it's expensive and just doesn't have the functionality to back up the high price tag.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
