The supplied pressure switch kit is well made and is certainly fit for purpose. It is superior to the original unit supplied on my air compressor. The manifold casting is good quality and the switch unit performs well. Connection to the compressor was simple enough, except for the small, 6mm diameter balance pipe needed to switch the compressor back on. The new pressure switch required use of the original pipe, which was too short due to subtle changes in overall size of the replacement manifold. A little hunting around and some modified A/C 1/4" refrigerant pipe overcame that problem. Some customers may have a little more difficulty in making up this final connection than I did.

Product is a cheap unit as was the one I originally had on compressor, the unit would of been better with a brass manifold as the original one had cracked due to corrosion and no strength, while I removed the original manifold it cracked and separated even more due to thread seal, this thread seal also was hard to remove from receiver so I have used thread tape with no leaks making it easier to replace if manifold cracks again. if this only lasts a couple of years its worth the price I paid, just made it easier for myself to replace by using thread tape properly not thread seal,

I used the pressure switch on my existing manifold and gauges as the supplied manifold is rather poor quality and it leaked, the pressure switch however works very well and adapted to my original manifold no problems! overall i am happy my compressor is working again just wish i had of only bought the switch rather than whole kit.

I set up it instead of broken one recently, spend a coupled of hour setting up cut off pressure, because inital value was higher then 110PSI. Product made of cheap material and has very poor finish. The release valve never open up to 110PSI, had to replace it with another one. The regulator valve is only an imitation of the one, it does not work at all. Procedure to set up the cut off pressure undocumented and unsafe because has to be done close to high power contacts.

air inlet line original size 5/16 af new gauge unit has 6mm fitting to electrical switch .not good a lot of fiddling to get right.
