Logitech always builds a very good product. This one is refurbished and looks and acts like brand new. This is a basic remote but controls a lot of devices. I use it on my deck to control 4 devices. So, I replaced 4 remotes, which I would have to carry out to my deck each day. Now, it's only one remote to carry. Much easier. One of the replaced reomotes is for an Ott Box media device. This remote is not in Logitech's database, but is easy to program into the 350. No problems. The only drawback is the lack of backlit buttons. Not a big deal for me. For the price, you can't beat this remote. I highly recommend.

At first, I had issues getting the computer to recognize the remote; however afterward I was able to program it. The Harmony 350 is really relatively easy to work. This is a decent alternative to any remote substitution. The remote will accommodate up to eight devices and the complete range of (infrared) devices. So far, I have programmed the remote to work with my TiVo bolt, Vizio sound bar, and Spectre television. I’ve had few issues with the remote, for instance as I mentioned above it took me some tries to get the computer to recognize the remote - there is no app available for this model. Also, I had to fix some commands for the TiVo functionality. One thing is that I have to click on AVR button to use the volume feature and click on Cable button to use the TiVo. Overall, the the Remote control serves as an impressive usefulness in its area.Read full review

I have a 650 too and these remotes are great. This one is for our guest room with a tv, Roku, Xbox 360, and a sounder. It works on all of them. I miss the many dedicated Function buttons of my 650. This one turns on the tv and everything you programed into that sequence, but then you need to hunt and peck to get over to the Roku or the Xbox. But it was cheaper than a 650 and does what I need it to do... declutter my guest room's remote situation. I had 3 and now I have 1.

I bought this to eliminate four different controls in my bedroom. With the Harmony, I can now control my TV, audio amplifier, and cable box with one control. The Harmony also allows me to add functions, from a list, or by learning from another remote. This is the only control that had listings for all of my appliances and that allowed me to check that before buying with an online compatibility app. The control is sleek, it works perfectly and tech support is online and instantly available. I am sold!

Harmony 350 is a very good remote .... simple product to use for low level use... able to change from tv, audio, to dvd with ease... it of course has some issues... if you get out of sync with the watch tv button... it may take a few clicks to turn off the tv and the satellite receiver... IE: one unit on, one unit off, one unit on, one unit off after several clicks it will turn them both off. Set up is quite simple online.... as long as u have the model number of your device.... IMHO, this remote is NOT for a user who has a home theater or A/V unit wanting to combine remotes .... the functions are just not there ... so stick to your A/V remote and just enjoy the swap of remotes if u go that way... Harmony 350 does not have all the buttons/bells for all the A/V selections you can have... I do love it for the simplicity that you can push a button and watch tv, push a button and it switches to dvd and it selects the correct input .... great for the kids and the elderly its my HOPRead full review

This solved my problems, one remote to control a Roku TV, Xbox One and Spectrum cable box, no need for three clunky remotes. The first two worked with the default software setup, but the Spectrum box didn't work at all. I had to use the "learning" method to teach it all the controls. So I wouldn't rate this as "Easy to Program" unless you're sure you have very mainstream devices. I checked before buying and it said it supported Spectrum cable, but my box is evidently much newer than the one they support. However, what makes these remotes great is that I could update it myself to work anyway! And even with the Xbox, there were buttons that confused my wife, so I just swapped them in the software. Overall it's very powerful and I love it, but the buttons are very sensitive on the Spectrum. I'm not sure why, I played with the settings for sensitivity but it didn't help. I got used to just being very quick on the buttons, otherwise it registers most clicks twice (e.g., "6" becomes "66"). I've adjusted but I wanted to be honest. It drives my wife nuts.Read full review

Logitech Harmony remotes are fantastic and I have used them for a long time. The 350 is the most inexpensive I have ever purchased, and for good reason. This remote can only program one activity "Watch TV". Meaning you can only program in one activity where the remote turns on/off multiple devices at the same time. Other than the limited activities available, this remote works just fine and is a great inexpensive offering from Logitech.

One button in upper left corner saves LOTS of time. In one room, I have it turning on a TV and Home Theatre System. Another room, TV and Dish Joey. Another room, TV and Android TV Box. Logitech constantly imrpoves the MyHarmony software and interface. With the codes for over 200,000 devices, you'll have a hard time finding ANY device that can't be controlled by the Logitech 350 Remote. Just wish it could also stop my dog from barking.

My wife and I have a Harmony 650 remote for our living room TV and Roku, and wanted another but cheaper remote for our bedroom. The 350 model fits the bill. It is easy to program with the Logitech software and easy to use. It works great with our TV and Roku in the bedroom. I highly recommend it!!!

It great that it came with a USB cable, our previous 200 didn't. But no paperwork. Fortunately having had a Harmony before we already had the software and knew how to program. Appearance is good as new. Battery cover is a tiny bit loose but does not effect functionality.
