Quiet enough to sleep!
This is such a great fan, I bought a second one for another room!!! It has eight fan settings, and the "Sleep" setting is actually quiet enough that I can sleep with the fan on all night. It is very quiet on the "oscillation" mode. It provides enough cool air to sleep comfortably. I'm used to living in the wilderness in a cooler climate, and I moved to a home in the Midwest with window A/Cs. I have found it impossible to sleep well with the A/C running, even with earplugs. I've bought several other fans, and found they were all too noisy for my comfort. This Honeywell QuietSet Tower fan is so great, that I bought a second one to use in the evening while watching T/V, as the window A/C in that room is also too noisy for my comfort. I can select any of the eight fan settings, and it's still quieter than the A/C, and it keeps me comfortably cool. (I pre-cool the room with the window A/C, and then turn off the A/C and turn on the Honeywell fan when I'm using the room.) The remote control is very convenient for adjusting the fan settings. This fan is a perfect solution for me for both rooms! I highly recommend it for anyone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of money
I saw great reviews for this product but honestly it's a waste of money. You can get a cheaper version of the same fan, save yourself $20-30 and get the same results. The design is great unfortunately it just doesn't do the job. You can point it at yourself to feel comfortable but it never cools down even a small room. Also it isn't very powerful. Its highest setting (power cool) barely blows more that it's medium setting (relax). A rare miss for Honeywell.

It is lightweight with great features
This Honeywell Oscillating Tower Fan is very good. It is quiet and the 8 speeds selection make it easy to select which speed is preferred. Doesnt move much air around
I like the design and can tuck this fan in a corner or small space, but it doesn't blow cool air very far. It works great to circulate air in my bathroom sink area while I'm getting ready, but wouldn't be much use in the bedroom or other larger area. Not power enough to enjoy when when the tempersure is high.
