Thus phone was opened. We tried to set it up then decided we would continue using our phone. We stopped the set-up process & reset the phone to factory settings. I have had a glass screen protector professionally installed & purchased a clear silicone phone case for it also. The phone is in the box with a USB cable that came with it. The phone can be used with any network & it was purchased from Optus.
