Totally unacceptable. Previously used and destoyed in shipment.
Third message I have sent. No reply so far. Item arrived destroyed. Not packed properly to begin with, but the main problem is that the item has obviously been used before. The carbon rods are broken into pieces, the bracket shows signs of previous heating and the connector is missing/the wires are twisted like they were in a previous installation with wire nuts. This is totally unacceptable and not what I have come to expect. I would like a new igniter shipped ASAP, please.
