Best quality mixer I've ever used
I got this a couple of weeks ago and am still learning the ins and outs of using it. The mixing attachments don't look like the conventional ones you get with other mixers. Aside from the beater attachment which has two whisks, there is a mixing attachment, a kneading roller and a big dough hook, I wanted the mixer primarily for making rye and rustic breads. It is better than Kitchenaid for breads because it can handle much larger batches and can take on stiff doughs without burning out. I burned out my Kitchenaid twice before I finally bought this. It works great but there is a definite learning curve, One of the main things I still need to figure out with each recipe is when to use the dough roller or dough hook. However, even when I didn't know the best way to use the machine, my recipes worked out well.
