I had an old Zenit E camera, bought in 1976. This is a completely manual camera, easy to use. Unfortunately, it was too old, and it was not worth repairing it, too expensive. Even though I own a small digital camera, I like to use 35mm film. I had heard of the Canon EOS 500n, as being a good reliable camera, so when I found one in ebay, I decided to buy it. I wasn't disappointed, it was exactly what I was looking for, easy to use, with great results. I don't know when I'll get another camera, but probably I'll stick with a Canon, great cameras.
The lend itself it a bit stiff (focusing/zooming etc), but nothing you can complain about with the amazing price. Great products, great use out of it! Thanks a bunch :)
