We were only interested in the Atkins part of the book since my wife and I have lost so much weight on it. My cholesterol even went down eating low carb (to my doctors surprise). Net carbs is the only carbs (or fats for that matter) we count (as explained in the book). It also contains most of the common fast foods. We'd buy it again.
