Over the years expeditons have failed to find a trace of it until 1991 Vietnam veteran Bill Decarli found landmarks matching those described in Lasseter's diary. This is his story.

Well worth the read. Highly Recommended.
Very interesting read. Well written with some good facts to back up another perspective on the age old mystery of Lassetters Reef. Interesting photos give credit to the story. Definitely worth reading.
