Very interesting read, you do not realise how much sugar there is in everything we eat . Look at butter and milk, while in the USA this year I found their bread very sweet, also the butter. Australia is nearly as bad. I am now very aware of sugar content in the foods I eat, hence I have lost a few kilos.
