A very helpful and calming book for children..seems to be aimed at kids 4-5 yrs up to 10yrs old ( just my opinion tho). full of great ideas to help kids think about things in a positive way. Its set out in a meditation type formate with short individual meditative journeys for kids. Stories r the perfect length and theres a good few pages at the beginning of the book for the parent to help with an understanding of what the book is trying to achieve so the parent is aware of the approach.
