Fantastic product - a must buy!
I had already borrowed it from my local library and loved it so wanted to buy it. I find it is written in easy to understand language, at the end of each chapter it reviews the chapter and encapsulates what it was about and how to practically put the suggestions into practise. I would definitely highly recommend the book!
