Desikachar has based his method on Krishnamacharya's fundamental concept of viniyoga, which maintains that practices must be continually adapted to the individual's changing needs to achieve the maximum therapeutic value. Slow postage, as stated on the listing. I purchased three books at the same time, and they were posted separately. All arrived within three days of each other. I would have preferred them be posted together to reduce postage costs (which I don’t pay, but the environment does). On the plus side they were cheap.
